Dr. Abdullahi Musa Yola

Abdullahi Musa Yola, PhD, MCPN, MNCS, CITP

Abdullahi Musa Yola is a Nigerian computer scientist with a PhD and is currently a Senior Lecturer at Kigali Independent University (ULK) in Rwanda, teaching computer vision, deep learning, and data science. He holds leadership roles, including former Chairman of the NCS Gombe State chapter and former Head of the Department of Computer Science at Federal University of Kashere. With over 15 years of experience in academia, ICT infrastructure, and professional bodies (NCS, IAENG, CPN), he researches AI and deep learning applications such as image steganalysis and phishing detection. He has several IT certifications (MCITP, ICDL, Commonwealth AI training) and is involved in community service, conference committees, and election bodies in Nigeria.
