MR. JOSEPH ELOMEME
Mr. Joseph Elomeme is an Assistant Director and the Head, Administration and Human Resources. Joseph Elomeme hails from Ubulu-Uku in Aniocha-South Local Government Area of Delta-state. He studied Mass communication in his first degree, and has Masters in Public Administration.
He joined the Computer Professional's Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) in February 2007. He was redeployed to the Corporate Communication department where he worked as a Protocol officer. He was transferred to head Admin and Human Resources. After some years, he was made to handle only administration, leaving Human Resources for another Senior staff. In 2013, Elomeme was redeployed to the Membership department, otherwise known as the Registration and Regulations department. He was saddled with the responsibility of handling Corporate Registration, having the authorization of issuing corporate licenses. In 2021, Joseph Elomeme was transferred back to head Administration, until 2024 when Human Resources was added to his portfolio, making him the Head, Admin and Human Resources till date.
In June 2026, Mr. Elomeme in addition to his present line of duty got an appointment letter from the Registrar/Chief Executive as an Operational Coordinator for Nasarawa State.
My duties entails initiation, coordination and supervision of all activities that will make impact on CPN to be felt in the nooks and crannies of Nasarawa State.
It is my duty as an Assistant Director, to work assiduously towards better visibility for CPN and improve information Technology penetration anywhere I find myself in Nigeria.
