CPN IT Professionals‘ Assembly Holds Every April From Year 2020

The 25th AGM of Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) [CPN] which held on Thursday 27th June, 2019 at NICON Luxury (Formerly Le ‘Meridien), Abuja has approved that the annual Information Technology (IT) Professionals’ Assembly will be held every April, starting from year 2020.

The decision to shift the annual Assembly which had held in June in the past 13 years was taken by the AGM because the same people attend both the CPN Assembly and the NCS Conference which hold a month apart. The decision to further vary the time between the two events was occasioned by considerations bothering on the difficulty that members face in their organizations applying for permission to attend another conference barely a month after attending one, and also the financial burden of attending the two programmes within the space of one month by the same set of people.
